These Terms govern your use of Hot Potato, operated by BigD & AI LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Hot Potato is a tool for tracking organizational blockers — each blocker has one holder and a visible clock. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

You sign in with a passwordless email link. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Subscriptions & billing

Acceptable use

Don't use Hot Potato to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, harass people, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into Hot Potato. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it back to you and your organization in order to run the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigD & AI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You can request export or deletion of your data via Contact.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
