Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Hot Potato to be worth it. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid plans, operated by BigD & AI LLC.

Cancel anytime

Paid plans are billed monthly per organization. You can cancel at any time from the billing page inside the app, or by emailing us (see Contact). When you cancel, your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period and then drops back to the free Tater Tot tier. We don't lock you into contracts.

Refunds

• Because plans are month-to-month and you can cancel before each renewal, monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
• If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or ran into a problem that kept you from using the service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

Free tier

The Tater Tot tier is free forever and requires no payment, so nothing to cancel or refund there.
